„PhApp – Die Pharmazeutenapp“<\/b><\/font><\/font> ist dem Projekt der Aachener Learning Community \u201aInnovative IT im Gesundheitswesen\u2018 entsprungen. Die Aachener Learning Community ist ein Zusammenschluss von Aachener \u00c4rzten, Apothekern, Fachleuten des Gesundheitswesens, sowie Patientinnen und Patienten. Gemeinsam mit der RWTH Aachen entwickeln wir organisations\u00fcbergreifende IT-Projekte und -Konzepte mit dem Ziel, die Qualit\u00e4t des Gesundheitssystems und insbesondere der Medikation in der Region zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
