Medikamente k\u00f6nnen durch scannen der PZN in PhApp eingelesen werden. Es k\u00f6nnen auch Medikationspl\u00e4ne von mehreren Patienten verwaltet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p><p><em>PhApp<\/em> ist kostenfrei f\u00fcr Android- und iOS-Ger\u00e4te verf\u00fcgbar. Dieser kann dann durch andere Ger\u00e4te eingescannt werden, beispielsweise bei \u00c4rzten, Apothekern oder Patienten.<\/li><li>PhApp erm\u00f6glicht auch den Versand der erstellten oder aktualisierten Medikationspl\u00e4ne als PDF-Datei an eine von Ihnen hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse, beispielsweise zum erneuten Ausdruck auf Papier. Dazu kann der Medikationsplan vor dem Versenden verschl\u00fcsselt werden.<\/li><li>Schlie\u00dflich k\u00f6nnen mit PhApp aktualisierte oder erstellte Medikationspl\u00e4ne auch im ATHINA-Format exportiert und importiert werden.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ATHINA &#8211; Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit in Apotheken<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen von ATHINA bieten speziell geschulte und zertifizierte Apothekerinnen und Apotheker (ATHINA-Apotheker) eine Medikationsanalyse f\u00fcr ihre Kunden an. Gemeinsam mit dem Patienten findet eine systematische Durchsicht aller Medikamente und Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel statt. M\u00f6gliche arzneimittelbezogene Probleme, wie u.a. Dosierungsfehler, Wechselwirkungen und Nebenwirkungen k\u00f6nnen hierbei aufgedeckt und besprochen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Weitere Informationen zu ATHINA finden sie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aknr.de\/amts\/athina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Export von ATHINA-Dateien mit PhApp<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PhApp &#8211; Die Pharmazeutenapp<\/strong> kann zum Erstellen oder Erfassen eines Medikationsplans im BMP-Format in der Apotheke genutzt werden. So k\u00f6nnen mit dem Smartphone auch die Barcodes der Medikamente, mithilfe der App, gescannt und in einen Medikationsplan \u00fcbernommen werden. F\u00fcr den Zweck einer Medikationsanalyse k\u00f6nnen mit Hilfe von PhApp erstellte Medikationspl\u00e4ne verschl\u00fcsselt im ATHINA-Format exportiert und via Email an den Desktop-Rechner der Apotheke \u00fcbertragen werden. Diese ATHINA-Dateien k\u00f6nnen anschlie\u00dfend, mit dem Programm <strong>\u201eP-ATHINA&#8220;<\/strong>, entschl\u00fcsselt und in den ATHINA-Excelbogen \u00fcberf\u00fchrt werden, um dort, wie gewohnt, eine Medikationsanalyse durchzuf\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Programm <strong>P-ATHINA <\/strong>und eine <strong>Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung<\/strong> zum Import in den, sowie Export aus dem ATHINA-Excelbogen, mit Hilfe von <strong>P-ATHINA<\/strong>, finden Sie unter folgendem <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wi.rwth-aachen.de\/blogs\/phapp\/p-athina\/\" target=\"_blank\">Link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Import von ATHINA-Dateien mit PhApp<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einer durchgef\u00fchrten Medikationsanalyse kann, wiederum mit P-ATHINA, der \u00fcberpr\u00fcfte und ggf. modifizierte Medikationsplan als ATHINA-Datei verschl\u00fcsselt versendet und in PhApp importiert werden. Alle \u00c4nderungen des Medikationsplans werden dort standardkonform als bundeseinheitlicher Medikationsplan (BMP), einschlie\u00dflich eines zugeh\u00f6rigen 2D-Barcodes, dargestellt. Der \u00fcberpr\u00fcfte und ggf. modifizierte BMP kann jetzt ausgedruckt oder als verschl\u00fcsselte PDF-Datei an den Patienten geschickt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die hier beschriebenen Funktionen sind auch in PApp verf\u00fcgbar, sodass Patienten ihre selbst erstellten oder aktualisierten Medikationspl\u00e4ne ebenfalls als ATHINA-Datei an eine Apotheke f\u00fcr eine Medikationsanalyse schicken k\u00f6nnen.
