\n„PApp – Die Patientenapp“ ist aus der Aachener Learning Community „Innovative IT im Gesundheitswesen“ entstanden und dient der Unterst\u00fctzung von Patientinnen und Patienten bei ihrer Medikationsdokumentation und der sicheren Medikamenteneinahme.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\nDie Aachener Learning Community ist ein Zusammenschluss von Aachener \u00c4rzten, Apothekern, Fachleuten des Gesundheitswesens, sowie Patientinnen und Patienten. Zusammen mit dem Lehr- und Forschungsgebiet Wirtschaftsinformatik der RWTH Aachen entwickelt sie organisations\u00fcbergreifende IT-Projekte und -Konzepte mit dem Ziel, die Qualit\u00e4t des Gesundheitssystems, insbesondere die Sicherheit der Medikation, in der Region zu verbessern.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
