  1. PApp installieren und auf Ihrem Endger\u00e4t \u00f6ffnen<\/li>\n
  2. Bei Einverst\u00e4ndnis die AGBs und die Datenschutzrichtlinien akzeptieren<\/li>\n
  3. Zum Start ein Profil anlegen und die pers\u00f6nlichen Daten eingeben oder mit dem Demo-Profil beginnen<\/li>\n
  4. Oben rechts das Men\u00fc (drei Punkte) \u00f6ffnen, um auf die Optionen zuzugreifen<\/li>\n
  5. Nach Bedarf einen „Neuen leeren Plan anlegen“, „Vorhandenen Plan einscannen“ oder einen „Plan von Datei importieren“<\/li>\n
  6. Bei Neuanlegen eines Plans die Daten des Profils erg\u00e4nzen und den Plan anschlie\u00dfend im Hauptbildschirm ausw\u00e4hlen<\/li>\n
  7. Zum Hinzuf\u00fcgen eines neuen Medikaments dienen die Optionen oben rechts<\/li>\n
  8. Hinweise zur Dosierung und Einnahme angeben, danach speichern<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
