The project "Mein Medikationsplan" aims to examine, how the federal health care plan influences the communication of the health care sector in the region of Aachen and the possibilities for further improvements.

Learning Community Aachen

The regional Learning Community “Innovative IT in Medication” comprises members of the health region Aachen and includes general practitioners, community and hospital pharmacists, manufacturers, insurance companies and other experts from the healthcare sector. Together with researchers from RWTH Aachen University, the community aims at developing and testing concepts to improve medication management in the region through coordinating and aligning the involved practices.
